Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the repair and maintenance services provided by Ram Ji Services. By booking or using our services you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided

We provide repair and maintenance services for the following appliances and services:

  • Washing Machine
  • Geyser
  • Kitchen Chimney
  • Water Purifier
  • Microwave
  • Refrigerator
  • Air Conditioner
  • House Painting Services

Booking Payments

  • Bookings can be made via phone, message, or website.
  • Advance payment may be required depending on the service.
  • Service charges include labour, inspection fee, and the cost of parts (if applicable).

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure someone is present at the service location at the scheduled time.
  • Provide safe access to the appliance and necessary utilities (power, water).
  • Provide accurate information about the appliance and the issue.

Our Responsibilities

  • Provide services professionally and within reasonable timelines.
  • Inform customers of delays, part unavailability, or additional costs.
  • Provide workmanship warranty where explicitly stated.

Warranty Limitations

  • Warranty applies only to the labour or parts specified at the time of service.
  • Warranty is void if another technician services the appliance afterward.
  • Old or heavily damaged appliances may not qualify for warranty.

Service Timing Delays

Service timing may vary due to technician availability, part availability, traffic, weather, or other external factors. Such delays are not the company's responsibility.

Cancellation Rescheduling

Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled by informing us in advance. Last‑minute cancellations may result in deduction of inspection or advance fees.

Liability Limitations

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (for example: data loss, food spoilage). Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
