• Cancel before the technician starts traveling to avoid inspection or visit charges.
• If cancellation occurs after the technician has arrived, inspection charges may apply.

Company‑Initiated Cancellation

We may cancel or reschedule bookings due to technician unavailability, weather or emergency conditions, unavailability of parts, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

No‑Show Policy

If nobody is available at the scheduled time, the visit may be recorded as a "No‑Show" and visit or inspection fees may be charged.
