Refund Eligibility
- Refunds may be issued if the service could not be completed due to our limitations.
- If a technician fails to provide the promised service or a required part is unavailable and you choose not to wait.
Non‑Refundable Cases
- Inspection charges are generally non‑refundable.
- No refunds for dissatisfaction arising from pre‑existing severe damage or age of appliances that cannot be reliably repaired.
- No refund if relevant information about the appliance was withheld by the customer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply if only part of the service was completed. Each case will be reviewed individually.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
